**Terms and Conditions:** – Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. – If you schedule a gift voucher to be sent, it becomes active from the moment the recipient receives it. For example, if you schedule the voucher for May 5th and place your order at 11:31 AM, the recipient will receive the voucher at 11:31 AM on May 5th. – Your gift voucher can be used online, in-store, or at a show. – If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the balance of the voucher, you can use the remaining balance for a later purchase. However, our system does not allow you to spend only a portion of the voucher amount in a single transaction. – Vouchers are valid for all products, except for purchasing additional vouchers. – You cannot exchange your voucher for cash or any monetary refund.
To use your voucher online – make sure you type the code in as seen including dashes, it is not case sensitive. You must use the box for “gift vouchers”, not the box that says coupons.
