The Little Katie is a smaller version of the ever-popular Kate Dress, but with the added extra detail of the front placket and frill. The bound patch pockets and the little puffed sleeves are still there in Version 1 and Version 2 has long sleeves for the cooler weather. There is also a back opening with a rouleau loop and button to make it easier to slip on and off.
It is a very simple shape but has a few techniques to help you with your sewing and our clear and easy to follow instructions will take you through everything step by step.

Suitable Fabrics
Craft cotton, poplin, linen, baby needlecord, denim, lightweight wool.
You will also need a 1 – 1.25 cm wide button and matching sewing thread.
