What does it mean if my order is marked ‘on hold’?

An “on hold” status just means we’re waiting to post your parcel. This can happen if:

  • Your order missed the last post run that day.
  • We’re waiting for an item to come back into stock.
  • You’ve asked us to delay postage.
  • You’re an international customer (we hold all overseas orders until our next shipping day).
  • You’ve placed a pre-order.
