If you’re ordering a pre-order item (such as a new kit, book or special batch of fabric), here’s what you need to know:
- Please don’t order anything else at the same time. Pre-orders are packed and shipped in batches, often from a location separate to our shop and post room. Including other items makes things more complicated and delays everyone’s orders.
- Pre-orders are paid for in full at the time of ordering.
- We’ll keep you updated as much as we can, but exact dispatch dates aren’t always possible.
- If you’re moving house or going on holiday when your parcel is due, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
We really appreciate your understanding — this system allows us to keep postage fair and get your pre-orders out smoothly, with as few mistakes as possible.
