For UK orders, we aim to deliver your parcel in 2–5 working days from the date of order. We send most parcels tracked with Royal Mail, which typically delivers in 3–4 working days (including Saturdays).
You’ll receive an email when your order has been completed — this means it’s packed and ready to go, usually in the post that same day or the following morning.
For international orders, delivery can take much longer — in some cases, over a month.
