An “on hold” status just means we’re waiting to post your parcel. This can happen if:
- Your order missed the last post run that day.
- We’re waiting for an item to come back into stock.
- You’ve asked us to delay postage.
- You’re an international customer (we hold all overseas orders until our next shipping day).
- You’ve placed a pre-order.
