I’ve received my order, but there’s something wrong—an item is missing or I received the wrong thing. How do I fix this?

It’s frustrating and disappointing but occasionally we’ll make a mistake with an order – we’re only human! Please email info@coolcrafting.co.uk with a picture of your packing slip and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
